Music frozen into light

Architecture is often referred to as frozen music, and this thought has its roots in the way structural complexity may be observed in music and architecture as well. This series of photographs explores city lights created by city architecture in their bare, almost abstract form. The lights of the living, breathing city swirl like a musical score, creating the impression that we observe music frozen into light.
